Josh is a graduate of Michigan Technological University (BSE Civil Engineering) and Walsh College (MBA), and is a LEED AP. He has been involved in construction project management and real estate development for over a decade. Josh is actively involved in the day-to-day management of leasing, development, design and construction of Etkin’s portfolio. Josh has also served as Owner’s Representative on several projects during his career.
