Josh Suardini | Vice President

Is a graduate of Michigan Technological University (BSE Civil Engineering) and Walsh College (MBA), and he is a LEED Accredited Professional and has a State of Michigan Real Estate License. As Vice President, Josh is responsible for day-to-day management of all leasing, development, design and construction of Etkin's portfolio. Josh has also served as Owner's Representative on several high-profile projects, as well as consulting with regional lending institutions on project feasibilities and inspection reporting. He has an impressive knowledge of lease negotiation/construction and is known for completing projects on time and within budget. Josh is a member of the Southfield City Centre Advisory Board, serves on the Executive Committee for the American Diabetes Association - Step-out Michigan and is a past Committee Chair at Walnut Creek Country Club.
